Sindhri is the queen of early summer. Large oval fruit with smooth golden-yellow skin, fiberless flesh, and a clean vibrant sweetness with a citrusy backbone. Less aromatic than Chaunsa but more juicy and refreshing — the kind of mango you can eat a whole one of without getting tired of it.

What it tastes like

Clean, vibrant sweetness. Less floral aroma than Chaunsa, more juicy. Slightly larger fruit (300–500g), smooth fiberless flesh that slices beautifully. Skin ripens uniformly to a deep golden-yellow with occasional natural sugar spots.

When your box arrives

1. Open immediately. Inspect and smell. Boxes ship slightly under-ripe so fruit doesn't soften in transit.
2. Counter-ripen 1–3 days. Lay mangoes stem-side down on a tray in a cool, dry spot. No fridge yet.
3. Daily smell test. When the room smells like mango from across the kitchen, they're ready.
4. Refrigerate when ripe. Once fully ripe, keep in the fridge for 3–5 more days. Mango is best served chilled.
5. Eat within 7 days of delivery for the best flavor experience.
