Ordering & Delivery
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes — we deliver to every major Pakistani city and most smaller towns. Standard delivery is 1–5 working days from our Multan dispatch facility depending on your city. See our Shipping & Delivery page for city-by-city windows.
How long will my mangoes take to arrive?
Lahore: 2–3 days. Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 1–2 days. Karachi: 3–4 days. Most other cities: 2–4 days. Quetta and remote areas: 3–5 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not in 2026. We deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping (UAE, UK, US, Canada) is on our roadmap.
What's the minimum order quantity?
One box (5kg) — no minimum. And delivery is free on every order, whether it is a single box or a hundred.
Can I send a mango box as a gift?
Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address. Add a note in the order comments (e.g., "Eid Mubarak from Ahmed") and we'll include a printed card.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number via WhatsApp the moment your box ships. You can also message us at +92 300 9555810 with your order number anytime.
Payment
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, debit/credit cards. COD is available on every order — pay the courier when the box is in your hands.
Is COD really free? Any hidden charges?
COD is free on every order. The only delivery charge is the standard courier fee (Rs 250–400 depending on city), which is waived on every order — delivery is always free.
What if I'm not home when the courier arrives?
Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the box is returned to our facility — re-dispatch is possible at the courier's standard re-delivery rate. Please make sure someone's available at the address.
The Mangoes
Are your mangoes ripened with calcium carbide?
No. Zero carbide. Every mango we sell is hand-picked at peak maturity and naturally ripened in our own controlled-temperature cool-room. Read our full explainer on natural vs carbide ripening if you want the science.
What's the difference between your varieties?

What's "Nawabpuri" Chaunsa vs "Mosami" Chaunsa?
Both are White Chaunsa cultivars. Nawabpuri is the premium variant — grown on a select few trees, more aromatic, more concentrated flavor. Mosami is the juicier, more abundant mid-season variant — slightly less intense but equally fiberless and sweet. See our Chaunsa buyer's guide for the full breakdown.
What's a "12 Number" Anwar Ratol?
They are two different products. The original Anwar Ratol is small (150–250 g) and the most aromatic — our connoisseur's pick, dispatching from late June. The 12 Number Ratol is the large grade — 250–350 g, roughly twice the flesh, with just 12 fruit filling a 7 kg crate (that's where the name comes from) — same legendary Ratol aroma, dispatching from late July.
How big is a 5kg box?
Depends on variety. Sindhri (large fruit) = ~10–14 mangoes per 5kg. Chaunsa = ~12–16. Langra = ~14–18. Anwar Ratol (small fruit) = ~25–30 small mangoes per 5kg; 12 Number Ratol (large fruit) = ~14–18 per 5kg.
Storage & Freshness
How long will my mangoes stay fresh?
From the day of delivery, expect 5–7 days of optimal eating. We ship slightly under-ripe — counter-ripen 1–3 days, refrigerate once ripe, eat within a week.
My mangoes feel hard when they arrive — are they ok?
Yes, deliberately. We ship at the "mature green" stage so the fruit doesn't liquefy in transit. Spread them stem-side down on a tray at room temperature for 1–3 days. When the room smells like mango from across the kitchen, they're ready.
Can I refrigerate mangoes when they arrive?
Not yet — cold halts ripening. Let them counter-ripen first, then move to the fridge once fully ripe.
Refunds & Issues
The box arrived damaged. What do I do?
If you're paying COD: refuse delivery on the spot, don't pay. Message us with photos. If you've already paid online: photograph the damage within 12 hours and WhatsApp us. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before dispatch. Message us as soon as possible. For advance orders, you can cancel any time up to the dispatch date for a full refund.
