These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mmangoes.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. About Us

MMangoes INC is a family-owned Pakistani business specializing in farm-fresh, naturally-ripened mangoes grown in our Multan orchards. The business is run by the Malik family and traces its mango-growing legacy through three generations.

2. Products

We sell fresh, perishable agricultural produce. By the nature of the product:

  • Sizes, weights, and colors of individual mangoes may vary within the limits described on each product page.
  • Ripening continues after dispatch — small variations between boxes are normal.
  • Photographs on the Website are illustrative; actual fruit appearance will vary by variety and harvest batch.

We do not use calcium carbide or any artificial ripening agents. All ripening is natural and controlled by our cold-chain handling.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods listed at checkout (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, debit/credit cards via supported gateways). For COD orders, the full amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery; failure to do so may result in your account being blocked from future COD orders.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses across Pakistan. Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days from order confirmation, subject to your city and the courier's operational schedule. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, courier issues, incorrect addresses, or recipient unavailability. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive perishable goods.

6. Inspection and Refunds

Mangoes are perishable. You must inspect your order at the time of delivery, in the presence of the courier, before paying for COD orders.

  • If a box arrives visibly damaged, spoiled, or short, refuse the delivery on the spot and contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +92 300 9555810.
  • For online-paid orders found damaged on delivery, take clear photos and contact us within 12 hours of receipt. Eligible refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or taste preference, as fresh produce cannot be resold once dispatched.

7. Promotions

Promotional codes and seasonal discounts may have terms specific to each campaign (minimum order, expiry date, eligible products). We reserve the right to end promotions early.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, photographs, logos, product descriptions, and brand assets — is the property of MMangoes INC or used under license. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, harassment, or any activity that disrupts the operation of the Website or interferes with other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMangoes INC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the value of that order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
