Frequently asked questions
How long do mango popsicles keep?
1 month in a sealed freezer bag (each popsicle wrapped in parchment to prevent freezer-burn).
Why are mine icy not creamy?
Either yogurt was thin (use full-fat), or mango pulp was too watery (strain first).
Vegan version?
Use coconut yogurt instead of dairy yogurt. Same method.
