Mango Overnight Oats — Easy Healthy Pakistani Breakfast
Mix oats + milk + chia + Chaunsa pulp at night, refrigerate, eat in the morning. 5 minutes active. Serves 1.
Why this recipe works
Overnight oats are the lazy person's healthy breakfast — and Chaunsa transforms an otherwise plain dish into something genuinely fragrant. Perfect for working professionals during summer mornings.
What's great about this approach
- Make-ahead — prep the night before
- Genuinely healthy — fiber, protein, vitamins
- No cooking required
- Portable — use a mason jar for breakfast at work
What to watch for
- Use rolled oats — quick oats get too mushy
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours — texture needs to set
- Add fresh mango in the morning — better texture than mixed-in overnight

Frequently asked questions
How long do overnight oats keep?
3 days refrigerated. Add fresh mango each morning, not at prep time.
Can I use quick oats?
Rolled oats work much better — quick oats turn mushy.
Can I heat it up?
Yes — microwave 60 seconds for a warm version. Loses the cold-summer-breakfast appeal but works.
