Ingredients
- 2 large raw green mangoes
- Water for boiling
- 1/2 cup sugar (or jaggery)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- Handful fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Water to dilute

Step-by-step instructions
- Wash green mangoes. Boil whole in water for 15–20 minutes until soft. Cool.
- Peel and squeeze the flesh from the seed. Discard skin and seed.
- Mash the flesh smooth. Pass through a sieve to remove fibers.
- Mix the puree with sugar, salt, black salt, and roasted cumin. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Crush a handful of mint leaves and stir in.
- Refrigerate as a concentrate.
- To serve: mix 2–3 tbsp concentrate per glass with cold water and ice. Garnish with mint.
